How to use

The moisturiser can be applied both externally and internally. We recommend squeezing out a small amount and applying directly with your fingers to the desired area. Apply the internal moisturiser several times a week. A daily routine of a gentle massage helps increase blood flow, and allows you to reconnect intimatley with a mindful touch.

I have suffered with vaginal dryness for years which has made down below quite uncomfortable and sore. It has been the bane of my life for many years and I've tried so many different products. I came across this and was very intrigued to see if it would actually help me. The first time I applied it I was still feeling uncomfortable however after applying this gel several times a week I have been able to notice the difference
