At So Divine, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.
- For hygiene reasons, some intimate products cannot be returned once opened or used (e.g., lubricants, sex toys).
How to Return an Item
- Contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- We will send you instructions on how to send your item back.
- Please return the item using a tracked shipping service. So Divine is not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
